Fascial Movement for Bones and Joints

The Therapeutic Movement class above supports the information below.

This practice explores fascial movement to ease tension and create space in the body. Using spiralling, pulsating, and rebounding movements, we gently release restrictions in joints and muscles.

As always, our breath is our anchor and we can be guided by awareness of the space between breaths, the pause and the easeful way our bodies come to rest. Through gentle, flowing motions, we create space in the joints and muscles, fostering ease and therapeutic connection. Beginning with small movements like hand rubbing and gentle neck turns, we build awareness and gradually expand into more dynamic, intuitive exploration

The gravity pose highlights weight transfer and muscular rest. Gentle, intuitive movements such as shaking or swaying help ease tension without force.

Progressing from lying to sitting to standing, we return to stillness, integrating movement with breath. This approach helps bring awareness to clarity, presence, and physical ease, allowing a reconnection with the body in a therapeutic way.
